It's short notice, but I'm going to hit the East Branch below at Chesterfield gorge today (Thursday, 8/21/08) after work with another member of the club. We should be on the water between 5-5:30. If you can come out, it would be great to see again/meet some club members. Reply or send me a personal message if you are interested and want to know where to meet up. I'll be sure to check this board throughout the day.

Well Dan, it WAS a nice nature walk with Jeff. ;D But I figured if you changed your plans to accommodate me, the least I could do is catch a fish. On a more serious note, it was a good time fishing with both Dan and Jeff. But the catching was more fun with Dan.....  Gregg |

Those pictures were obviously photoshopped by Dan to give the illusion of superior guiding abilities. The bamboo rod was the giveaway- who in their right man would fish with bamboo?
I caught a couple of monsters the night before, we just didn't have the camera with us to document our success.

Don't worry about it Jeff. I'm sure next time you are in the area, Dan will take you out to see some fish to. And if you pay for the extra package, you get some hero shots with YOUR face photoshopped in! I didn't know that your camera was water proof though Dan. That underwater shot is great! I'll tie up some more westfield river bugs and get the canoe ready, let me know when. -Gregg |
