Thanks for the nice write up and glamour shots, Dan. What a terrific experience to catch a trout on a rod that I built and with a dry fly (comparadun) nonetheless that I tied! Also, thanks for the "consulting", lending me one of your vintage reels and for sharing the experience with me for my first trout on my first boo rod I made.
In terms of the rod, I can't thank Jim enough for his extremely generous efforts in helping me and coaching me all of those Saturdays to develop my first rod from scratch. I'm now hooked on the hobby and passion and look forward to building many more rods over the years of varying tapers.
As for Polo, yes, I have been offered a multi year multi million dollar modeling contract (hats and under garments). I'll be available for hire in South County on a very limited basis. Thanks again, Dan.
