do we have any tu members going to indian hollow may 16- 18? stop by the biggest ll bean tent at the furthest left corner of the field (facing as you enter the campground) with the silver dodge truck. i get there on friday morning along with my brother from old lyme ct and our millers river tu group. stop by and say hi - just remember bald bill - shaved head - but if i let it grow back - i'd be bald....

Bill,
I was thinking about heading up and camping Saturday night with my 6 year old son. I've been to the campground a number of times, but never camped there...is there typically plenty of room to pitch a tent for this event?

always plenty of room - and often other kids..... the bonfire is a thing of beauty - and there is 1 family that will give you the best feed u ever had sunday morning. of course sat lunch is also free - so if you get there a little early i'm sure you'll have a great time - just hope for good weather.
did i mention that the fish are also stocked just before the campout?

Thanks for the info Bill. I might even try to get there for Friday night and make a weekend of it. I've had some pretty good success in that stretch in the past and I'm hoping to get Jr. into his first rainbow. I'll be sure to introduce myself to the bald guy with the silver dodge.
