It looks like there's some interest in doing a fly swap. I'm going to advertise it in this months newsletter and also send out emails so that everyone gets a chance to participate.
Here are the Rules:
The Fly Swap is open to all members and non-members.
Since it's winter time, we'll do nymph patterns. So tie any type of nymph you like. And I do mean ANY! If you fish with bright pink nymphs, then send them in. Be as creative as you want!
The due date will roughly be January 18th. This will give the new members of the South County Meeting a chance to sign up.
If 12 people sign up, then you tie 12 flies of the same pattern and mail them to me in a crush proof box. Please include your return address in the envelope along with a few stamps (2 should do).

Feedback to the Fly Swap has all been very positive. Here is a list of names of people that have signed up so far:
Josh Liberman (JLibs) Mark (Fishes-With-Flies) Joe Overlock Jim Maselli (FishinCane) Greg (dragonma15)
It's still early and I'm expecting more people to sign up as the deadline approaches.
To sign up simply reply to this message and add your name, or email me at Joe@BerkshireFlyFishing.org or call me at 413-652-1638

It's January 18th guys, so tie 5 Nymphs and mail them to:
Joe Overlock 11 Davenport St. North Adams, MA 01247
I'll take care of the return shipping costs. If you send them in a crushproof box, I'll mail it back to you with you new flies in it.
