Finally broke down and ordered the tiny waterproof digital camera I've been eyeing ($80 online) and it arrived today. The pictures aren't great but its an inexpensive way to capture some fun shots without worrying about dunking the camera.

The whites are all washed out and it just doesn't deal well with backlighting - so it isn't a camera to take great shots with. Really it is just a point/click waterproof that won't break the bank.
Of course, now that I'm carrying a camera with me all the time I'll never see another fish.
