Check out this, has anyone tried it? It's $100 a bottle for the 2005 stock, never mind the older stuff.

It's supposed to be the refinement of beers.

I save my $100 booze purchases for a bottle of Midleton Irish Whiskey. I have a college chum who lives in Dublin, and every year he carries over a bottle for me when he comes to the States. It goes in my fly fishing flask, and just about lasts the Summer….

But, if someone wants to pony up for a bottle of the Sam, I'd be willing to taste test it for ya. ;D

There's a show on cable on the Travel Channel called "Made In America" hosted by John Ratzenburger a.k.a. Cliff Claven from Cheers. On one episode they visited the Sam Adams brewery and sampled this beer. It looked like a fine brandy and was actually served in a brandy glass.
