did anyone catch the episode of flyfish america on the versus network (if you guys get that channel) that was all about the sweetgrass rod company. for those that don't know, the core 4 guys from winston split off and started there own company (philisophical differences) sweetgrass rods. www.sweetgrassrods.com/they are some cool guys right there! very zen in their philosiphy, by choice not chance. it was a great show, i can't wait to see their fly rods in real life. a lot of skill and passion in those rods.

I heard that they filmed an episode with the boo boys but I don't get the VS. channel anymore. Was it any good? Fly Fish America hasn't been that great lately.

I watched it this morning. Really good episode. I'm heading out that way in March and would like to stop by the shop. I wonder if they allow visitors.

i agree it was really good. the interviews with the guys were great, really makes you want to meet them and almost makes want to spend 2 grand on one of their peices of art.

Heck, Glenn would probally give you a personal tour, he's a wicked nice guy and goes out of his way for anyone. I've talked to him a few times over email. Here's his personal email address: glencris@bresnan.net. Drop him a line! If you do go, take lots of pictures. ;D
