Broke my Sage last week and I sent it to them, Took them only 12 days to fix it and return it in time for opening day! I have only great things to say about these rod builders! Break your rod today! And get a Sage! haha jk They rock though seriously.

That's cool. I've had to send my Orvis rod back twice since I bought it. The first I had it back fast, the second time took 3 months.

I've snapped tips on 4 of my Sage rods over the years. Because of where they snapped, the entire top half of the rod was replaced.
I too have only great things to say about Sage. You pay more but the lifetime guarantee is worth it.
I have never waited longer than 2 weeks to get it back.

Glad to see someone else has had good experiences with them, Yea i snapped the tip on my small stream rod, and luckily it was a 4piece and they just gave me a new tip it was sweet!
