Had to bring my 'boo rod back to the maker yesterday. (Broke a tip. Klutz moment.)

While I was there he showed me a prototype of his newest rod. 7 foot, 3 weight, two tips, impregnated, hollow built. Light as a feather. We were casting it on his lawn until it got too dark to see. I suspect I'm gonna be looking for overtime.

I've heard mixed opinions about hollow built rods but havn't cast one yet. Are you planning on purchasing it?

Not 'planning' yet, still at the dreaming stage. ;-)

Actually it's dream #2, after 'hit lottery'. Currently shopping for/looking at recurve bows.
