Can you tell what came out of these "husks"?

Left and left center: Epicordulia. Common name: Common Skimmer Dragonfly, Emerald Dragonfly, Green Eyed Skimmers, Cruiser Dragonfly.
Right and right center: Perlidae. Common name: Common Stonefly.
I can't see enough of the small shuck at the bottom of the picture to make an identification.
Hope this helps.

When I answered I just gave the sub-genus for each specimen so thing wouldn't get too confusing.
The Odonata Gomphidae is a classification of insects, literally translated "Dragonfly Clubtail".
