Yep. Gonna' be a few years till the fish populations recover. That will be more time than most will be willing to suffer through. Wait, what's that I hear in the distance? Beep...beep...beep.... Ahh, the sound of the stocking truck backing up....

They already stock 1000 browns a year in that stretch. I've noticed a lot of silt above where Roaring Branch enters. Just above is or was a large beaver pond. So in addition to the runoff, there is the periodic breaking and rebuilding of the beaver pond sending way too much silt for the stream to handle at one time.
