As it stands right now, I'll be in the area for 5-7 days sometime around mid-May. I'll be visit my Mom who just underwent open heart surgery. She is doing really well but I think a visit is called for. I plan on doing some fishing while I'm there. I'll def be working the South Branch of the Hoosac which runs right behind my childhood home and the Deerfield. Email me at fishes-with-fly@comcast.net and we can begin some forward planning.
Also, wanted to toss a couple endorsements out...please check out Kype Magazine. A good friend of mine And fly fisher/tyer, Aileen Nashimura Lane just took ownership of the Ezine and has asked me to be a regular contributing writer. It is a great mag with readers not only in the US, but also Canada, eastern and western Europe and Scandanavia.
Also, as I have said before, I am a ProTeam member for Deer Creek fly tying products. Please check out their site at deercreek.co.uk. You can google what US online shops carry their products or you cam order directly from them. Please note, they are headquartered out of Rhyl, Wales, in the United Kingdom. Casters Fly Shop would be your best bet for online ordering from a US shop. They carry virtually the entire product line.
Thanks to all and have a productive and safe fly fishing season. The decent weather is finally here and the fish are starting to look up. Start tossing those emergers and dry flies.

Mark, I would love to-- but-- the out-of-state license for Ma. is not in the cards this year. We could fish in Vt or NY or at the very least we could bend a few elbows in the Water St Grill. AgMD

What do you mean by not in the cards? Do you live out of state? BTW, I won't be there until a later date, if at all. Change of plans. I'll keep you posted. Send me a reply to my question at my personal email. I don't visit the site much anymore.
