I see on the general announcements that Ken Reinard will be at Orvis May 28 at 11:00. Ken has a reputation of being the authority on EARLY American fishing. I have only spoken to him a few times , and then briefly, by phone but he seems to be everybit the gentleman. If you have any interest in the history of our sport , then this is a "must see"

Paul Ptilis will also be there. He is one of the world greatest salmon fly tyers. I have his book "Centuries End" and it's one of my top 5 favorite. This is going to be a great event! I only wish it was us putting it on.  |

I'm really looking forward to these presentations... amazing to have that much info in one place for free (assuming you don't blow your paycheck on orvis stuff).
