If anyone is interested I can print tshirts or embroider hats and I have hook and tackle shirts. We can come up with a logo for the club. I will give the proceeds to the club. Let me know if there is any interet.

It seems like we have a core of people still interested in the club. Just looking at the recent users wildguide, agMD, 6wt, dryflyphil, deanh and myself. I could hold another informal meeting some Sunday at Wahconah and we could put together an action plan to get things rolling again.
I also joined the club to meet other fly fisherman in the area as all my fly fishing buddies live in NH.
Dean, Can never have enough fishing hats. I would be interested in purchasing a few if you decide to have some made.

just say the word on the meeting and Im there. and as far as the hats go. I do them so i can do 1 or 100 it doesn't matter to me. we just need some input as to what we want on them and it is a done deal.

I have a BFF hat. A few were made up a few years ago. I will bring it with me next time we get together -- if I remember. The chances of me remembering are improved if you give me a verbal dope slap.
If you do make up some hats, one recommendation. Begin with a quality hat. Fabric back strap, quality fabric etc. The old model is just such a hat and it is very nice although I prefer my Akubra.
When we do get together, lets try to be sure we have a location and daylight that will allow some rod casting.
The NY season opens tomorrow. I expect to be shovelling the #$@&$ snow.

This is "StrBender" I too have one of the old stickers proudly on the back window of my truck! I have been away from this board for a while,(to long) but I was always a member at heart ;D I still recognize the names, and if the gas prices ever become reasonable again (for my F250) I would love to come out for a meeting or visit. My funds are low ie, I put them right back into my business  I hope by next near it wont be as much of an issue  I hope everyone is well Stephen |
