Last Thursday evening 9-3-09 my Friend Mike gave me a call & suggested to meet him at the parking area in Glendale along the Housi, which I gladly agreed!
Now I've only fished this section of the housi once several years back in the early spring. I usually hit the C&R through the stretches of Lee on a semi regular basis.
That evening Mike caught 2 small browns & a couple small mouth on woolly buggers. He's a 1 fly guy, but usually comes out ahead.
Though in the past I do fish wets, nymphs & streamers, but dries are my cup of tea. I got 1 missed strike that evening, but ended up getting skunked myself.
Yes its one beautiful spot, but because to me this being the unknown stretch of the Housi, Hows the usual action along in the Glendale C&R?
Any input & suggestions out there.......................Phil
