It is nice to finally have what seems to be a well put together fly fishing site for the Berkshires.
Information regarding the more popular waters in the area is not readily updated or websites have been abandoned all together. It is also nice to see the Hoosic a regular topic. This river was within a 2 minute walk from my home growing up and is one of my favorite small waters in the area due in large part to some very successful days.
I'll be visiting family the first week of July and am anxious to get several days out on the Deerfield and the Hoosic.
As you can see from my profile, I currently reside in the Midwest and am available for any question regarding ff'ing in Southwest Wisconsin's Driftless Area, one of the top flyfishing areas in the country as well as Salmon and Steelhead fly fishing, should anyone be planning a trip out this way.
