Good fishing this past Saturday on the North Hoosic.  Not so much luck on Free Fishing Day in NY last weekend. |

Too quiet! With all the high water there has not been much to say, except all those bad words.
BUT -- I did do some fishing before work this morning. The river was beautiful. The air was scented with milkweed blossom and the trout wanted to play. All is good.

A combination of poor weather and personal obligations have only allowed me a few opportunities to wet a line this summer. Still plenty of time though!
